Frame paint

Hi guys and gals                
I noticed a little rust around the footpeg area and I was going to 
Dremel and Naval Jelly it off.
Has anyone also done this work?
I'm wondering if there's a particular paint you'd recommend for 
touching up those silver areas after the rust is removed that will 
match the original paint?
