I was referring to my R1 which I took to the California Superbike school
it has a neat digital temp gauge. Although I'm not sure just how
accurate it is, it made it easy just to keep an eye on the temp in
general.

Do you have a temperature gauge on your bike? Are you referring to a
GTS?
