I've never stayed there (Mountain Brook), but I met the daughter (Maqelle)
of the couple that owns the place. She used to live in Charlotte, but now
works with her parents at the cottages. She was very nice, & they seem to
welcome motorcyclists.
You've probably seen the web site, www.mountainbrook.com .
Be sure to ride the Cherohala Scenic Highway (NC143,TN165) west out of
Robbinsville. You can take 360 N when you get to Tellico Plains, then 411
N, then 72 S to make a loop back to Deals Gap.

planning a trip to deals gap area. our group consists of two couples.
