I belong to a student association at my faculty (the Barcelona IEEE
Student Branch) and we are interested in getting involved in any kind of
activities you may consider necessary for the organization of this
GUADEC. We are just a group of friends that meet periodically to talk
about geek stuff and try to organise some seminars, courses, prepare the
publication of our magazine (Buran)... At out website you'll find some

Anyway, we would like to express our availability in case you need some
help for the organization of this event, contributing to spread the word
around the student community, or asking our university (the
Politechnical University of Catalonia, UPC) to get also involved in the
Guadec.
