That's really a good idea, we do the same at http://www.dudesconf.org because if the name of the participant is in only one side, Murphys Laws tells that the side with the name is not visible. > - They give everyone a cheapo mug for coffee. Its really nice, attendants appreciated it a lot in Guademy where there was always fruit, cookies, chocolate and coffe available for free. And it wasn't really expensive, for 80 persons we expended less than 300€.
