Thanks for the feedback, Olav. Indeed, this is a point I had not considered, and it is an important one. I have forwarded it on to the desktop summit team list for discussion. > 2. This is essentially the same format we had in Gran Canaria, and is now confirmed. This was partly the university's availability, and partly a preference of the local team (as Johannes says, this was discussed before I got involved). On getting the venue ready, we have a large & motivated local team, and we can get into the venue on Friday night, and from 7am on Saturday morning, so we might be OK, if we are well prepared.
