Hi Chema and all GUADEC 2012 planning team,

Thanks for the agenda for the next meeting, it is a good start to discuss
about the date.

I would like to discuss about the mail list for GUADEC planning with all of
you, there are three mail lists about GUADEC, see below:

*guadec-list* <http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/guadec-list> Community
list for GUADEC organisation
*guadec-local*<http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/guadec-local>
Forum
for local GUADEC planning team
*guadec-papers*<http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/guadec-papers>
GUADEC
Paper Review Team
*gudec-list *is a community list where we have general discussion and give
update there.
*guadec-local* is for GUADEC planning team every year. My understanding for
this list is that it will be a good one for local GUADEC organizing, the
members in this list will changed every year.

IMHO, guadec-local may contain two major parts:
1. Local organizing team in A Coruña
2. GUADEC committee members and previous GUADEC and DS organizers. Below are
the people who are interested to join:
Brian Cameron - GUADEC committee core members and board member
Germán Póo-Caamaño - Board member and travel committee
Bob Murphy - GUADEC core committee members
Christophe Fergeau - Experienced on paper selection and talk schedules
    BharathAcharya <http://live.gnome.org/BharathAcharya> - Work on
marketing and managing the travel applications and budgets
William from Texas - help best as a communications effort working
between the website, social media, and editors to reach out to our
international audience.
Shaswat Nimesh - Work on Marketing and Website.
Rodrigo Padula - Experienced on events organization/planification
(FUDCon, FISL, Flisol and many others) Web marketing, community and
contributors engagement.
Dave Neary - Previous GUADEC organizer
Ekaterina Gerasimova - Desktop Summit 2011 organizor
... Whoever who want to contribute and commit to GUADEC 2011 organizing

If we are all agreed to use guadec-local for GUADEC 2011 organizing team,
then we can start to clean and add local team and GUADEC committee members
in this list.
