I'm sorry I didn't reply this earlier.
I think Jon 'maddog' Hall would be perfect for a keynote.
I'm friends with him so if you think he's a good match I'll contact him.

He's a wonderful guy and can talk about different subjects but his usual
talks nowadays are about the "Total Cost of Ownership" and about Project
