Hi All After GUADEC's meeting last Monday I didn't have a chance to make comparisons between the Terms & Conditions. I did though add the number of Pro-level vouchers that each sponsor would receive on the package tables. Our designer also made cover changes.
This is a new draft of the GUADEC sponsor brochure: http://upload.williamfromtexas.com/download/Sponsor_Brochure_draft3.pdf Here a zip of files that I'm working with: http://upload.williamfromtexas.com/download/Sponsor_Brochure_draft3_files.7z At our meeting there was also talk about extra vouchers and VIP travel costs for Ad Board members who sponsored, but I wasn't sure where or how this should be codified into the sponsor brochure. A new column in the package tables, like "+ Ad Board Membership = +2 vouchers, +VIP travel costs"? A side section? A Term & Condition?
