Looking at the numbers in the wiki, I think the space allocated is sufficient. We just need to arrange the space (i.e. dividing space in big rooms). We only have the main lecture room (room Alfons) not accessible to BOFs, the administration wants the room locked because of expensive equipment inside. Let's see how the situation proceeds. In the worst case, we can use Alfons for a short session (i.e. a couple of hours).
