First, I'd like to thank everyone involved in OSTN and ostel.co. I didn't know VOIP all that well, and starting with that information and reading a number of specifications really helped my understanding. And, I actually used ostel.co a bit; given that server setup is hard that was hugely helpful in being able to play with SIP/TLS/ZRTP.
It seems ostel.co is down and has been for a while, but I didn't see anything on the list. Is this the end, perhaps due to the end of some funding? I'm definitely not trying to complain, but just wondering. Also, I wonder if anyone has guidance for setting up freeswitch to be able to do the NAT proxying that OSTN uses to avoid disclosing your IP address to peers when you make calls. Kamailio seems very complicated, and for my use I'd be happy to manually provision half a dozen users -- no need for registration gui. Greg
