Big thanks to Hans (tor-android updates), Bim (UX fixes and ongoing Onion Service improvements), and Benjamin (Snowflake/IPtProxy) for their hard work in getting to this release. This is our first release with a major overhaul of how we build, embed and run Tor within Orbot.

 * Improved reliability and speed, using new tor-android release with
   "in process" Tor as library, not as standalone daemon:

 * Fix to allow multiple Orbot/Snowflake instances on one device
   (dynamic ports)
