Run Language Pack Installer: should found path of PreSetup, don't change. When finished should have created "OpenOffice.org 3" folder whith localized files inside (you can close MessageBox). Move the content of "OpenOffice.org 3" into App\OOo (same subfolders inside). Uninstall OpenOffice.org 3.2 Language Pack with Add/Remove in Control Panel and delete Installation Files folder.
