Bu filmde Fare Remi ve fare ailesinin yaşadığı olaylar anlatılıyor. Hayal gücüne maruz kalan şef Guasteu hayranı Remi, yeryüzüne çıkıyor ve kendisini Şef "Gusteau's" restoranının önünde buluyor. Bu restorana giriyor ve çöpçu çocuk Linguini'nin yanlışlıkla karman çorman ettiği çorbayı düzeltiyor ve çocuk onu farkedince kaçıyor. Çocuk peşinden koşuyor, ancak onu yakalayamıyor.
