Most interesting!  This website also shows the related decision against
Suno Inc. with similar reasoning that memorization of music in music
models with only insubstantial differences is illegal reshaping in
German copyright law, that the “easy prompts” as Arne says are proof,
and that reproducing complete works is not fair use in the United
States either.

Also it recognizes the term artificial intelligence, as it is defined in
the AI Act of the European Union.
