  for those administering ETRACK installations, it's probably a good
  idea (though not required) to run "etrack -b upgrade-db" for each
  active configuration.  for example:

  cd ~/local/etc
  for c in *.etrack-config ; do etrack -c $c -b upgrade-db ; done
