Efficiency has been an issue, choice-operation from Guile was something I was using in Guile Knots prior to the CPU, memory and GC efficiency improvements in Guile Fibers. I've identified some efficiency issues, for example in the resource pool. But some performance benchmarks would be nice to have at some point. It's not been a focus just yet, since I'm still working out the features and functionality.
