gnu: lxqt-config: Move libkscreen to propagated-inputs.
* gnu/packages/lxqt.scm (lxqt-config): Move libkscreen to
propagated-inputs. Kscreen is a runtime dependency. lxqt-config-monitor
will not open without it available.
