gnu: libgcrypt: Skip hanging benchmark tests for the Hurd.
* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (libgcrypt)[arguments]: When building for the Hurd,
add phase 'setenv' to set "GCRYPT_NO_BENCHMARKS".
