* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-a2wsgi): Update to 1.10.7.
[arguments]<tests>: Enable most of them.
<test-flags>: Exclude test which introduce cycle.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-httpx-bootstrap, and
python-pytest-asyncio.
