gnu: gdk-pixbuf: Build with other loaders enabled.
GTK+ 3 currently fails to build, as it requires the XPM loader be enabled.

* gnu/packages/gtk.scm (gdk-pixbuf)[#:configure-flags]: Add
“-Dothers=enabled”.
