gnu: mediasdk: Update to 23.2.2 and fix build with gcc-14.
* gnu/packages/patches/mediasdk-gcc-14.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA):
* gnu/packages/video.scm (mediasdk): Update to 23.2.2 and use it.
