    daemon: Drop Linux ambient capabilities before executing builder.
    
    * config-daemon.ac: Check for <sys/prctl.h>.
    * nix/libstore/build.cc (DerivationGoal::runChild): When ‘useChroot’ is
    true, call ‘prctl’ to drop all ambient capabilities.
