Fixes a regression introduced in
90d536b69b7fc401546f16d503f0f6464f5fc96a.
* src/cuirass/http.scm (url-handler): In /admin/gitlab/event, pass a
specification sexp with the ‘update-jobset’ message to the bridge.
Likewise in /admin/forgejo/event.
