gnu: emacs-citeproc-el: Rename package to emacs-citeproc.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-citeproc-el): Define in terms of
'deprecated-package'.
(emacs-citeproc): New variable, formerly known as
"emacs-citeproc-el". Run guix style.
(emacs-citar, emacs-org-ref, emacs-ox-hugo): Use emacs-citeproc.
