* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-dateparser)[arguments]: Convert to
list
of G-Expressions. Move ‘delete-failing-tests’ into #:configure-flags.
[propagated-inputs, native-inputs]: Move after arguments.
Sort alphabetically and linewise.
[native-inputs]: Drop python-flake8.
