* gnu/packages/dav.scm (vdirsyncer): Update to 0.19.3.
[arguments] <phases>: Add 'relax-requirements, and 'pre-check.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-sphinx, python-wheel,
python-hypothesis, and python-pytest-asyncio; add
python-pytest-asyncio-0.26.
