gnu: python-lit: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-lit):
[build-system]: Use pyproject.
[arguments]: Utilize <test-backend> and <test-flags> instead of
overwriting 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
