gnu: Remove go-gopkg-in-inconshreveable-log15-v1.
* gnu/packages/golang-xyz.scm (go-gopkg-in-inconshreveable-log15-v1):
Delete variable.
(go-gopkg-in-inconshreveable-log15-v2): Don't inherit from
go-gopkg-in-inconshreveable-log15-v1, adopt missing fields from it
instead.
