gnu: rosegarden: Update to 25.06.
* gnu/packages/music.scm (rosegarden): Update to 25.06.
[inputs]: Remove qtbase-5; replace qtwayland-5 with qtwayland; add
qt5compat,
lilv and lv2.
[native-inputs]: Replace qttools-5 with qttools.
