* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-click-plugins): Update to 2.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Set them to run tests properly.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
(python-click-plugins-1): New variable, inheriting from
python-click-plugins.
