[source]: Switch to git-fetch for tests.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.

<#:test-flags>: Disable tests that need /sys/devices.
<#:phases>: Update 'patch-ctypes-udev phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-six.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-docutils, python-hypothesis, python-mock,
