gnu: go-github-com-bep-golibsass: Refresh package style.
* gnu/packages/golang-web.scm (go-github-com-bep-golibsass): Use
G-Expressions and remvoe traling #t from lambdas.
[arguments] <skip-build>: Use it to reflect import path as seen in
go.mod.
[native-inputs]: libsass. Drop labels.
