gnu: artanis: Fix build.
The package failed to build after the update to util-linux 2.42.
Specifically
its commits bd89462910f32042dbe1882044a5c076638a89b9 and
6651ae5822610789d9ca620c4e0e65c3bd4e12af where the shell resolution in
“script” is changed to check the user’s /etc/passwd shell entry before using
the /bin/sh default.
In the build daemon, this is /noshell. Therefore the build fails, setting
the
SHELL variable lets the “script” command find a suitable shell.
