gnu: appstream: Add support for elogind.
* gnu/packages/patches/appstream-elogind.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/freedesktop.scm (appstream) [source]: Apply it.
[#:configure-flags]: Delete.
