gnu: ghc-9.8: Ensure that doc output contains HTML documentation.
Previously, the GHC package relied on the --docdir argument passed
through the 'configure phase to the build system to ensure that the
documentation files end up in the :doc output. However, starting with
the switch from GNU Make to Hadrian, GHC upstream no longer trurly
respects the --docdir argument. Therefore, without this patch, the
documentation files and up in the normal output and increase the
package size quite a bit.
