[propagated-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-ZOPE-EXCEPTIONS.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-NOSE and PYTHON-COVERAGE. Add
PYTHON-ZOPE-TESTRUNNER and PYTHON-ZOPE-I18NMESSAGEID.
