Request for comments: Debbugs package. It's still a bit rough, but better than last year. I wonder about the folder "Debbugs" in the distributed tarball. This holds perlmodules, but they aren't installed with by Makefile.
Should we just give it a go like this, or should I ask upstream what's up with this?
