This might make it easier for us to tell you how to get around this problem. There was a recent change to the storage location of the profile used by “guix pull”. It would previously be stored in the home directory and has now been changed to be stored where other profiles are stored. The error message seems to say that a migration to the new location had already happened, so it shouldn’t attempt to do this again. -- Ricardo
