Ricardo did an upgrade for 3.28 in this branch: https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/guix.git/log/?h=wip-gnome-upgrades Unfortunately it has not been merged anywhere yet. If there are specific updates you need, perhaps they can be cherry picked.
