I don't have time to test it now, but I guess that it does, because <https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm/wiki#prerequisites> doesn't mention anything requirement on which toolkit Emacs is built with. Anyway, I have no objection to adding 'emacs-lucid' if there's interest. Mark
