To add to Ludovic's comment, QA shows that currently 95.4% of all
packages build on x86_64:
   https://qa.guix.gnu.org/branch/master
That sounds like a lot, but with "guix package -A | wc" showing 29351
packages altogether, this means that about 1300 packages currently
do not build. So we are very far from getting to zero build failures.

Given our reluctance to remove packages and the work and one month waiting
period imposed by the deprecation policy
   https://guix.gnu.org/manual/devel/en/html_node/Deprecation-Policy.html
just lowering this is already a challenge.
