As far as I know it is possible, but it's not recommended because you
would have to pay taxes kind of twice. One for the org, and then for the
people to get the salary.
NLnet's can pay people directly so you only pay taxes as a person. That
way the money is more effective.
What you can do is to apply for a grant in a team. I have had success
with that with Andrius (from live-bootstrap), Janneke and Efraim. One
person is the project owner (in that case it was me) and has to confirm
the Request for Payments everyone does, but NLnet pays people directly.
It's easy to manage.
