just a quick note about an old issue i have reported about the installer:

in essence:
it's not possible to install on a VPS that 1) doesn't have DHCP and 2) doesn't
provide a way to switch virtual consoles (because e.g. it only has some web
console access where it's not possible to send a Ctrl+Alt+Fn)
it's rather late in the release process, so i'm not expecting a fix for this.
but i thought i draw attention to it nevertheless.
