I suppose the idea is to not have zombie GCDs, but to force a decision at some point in time; or maybe 30 days could be considered the "regular" or "optimal" duration of the discussion period, and the next 30 days a prolongation. Here we have discussion-date: 26-02-28; so the deliberation could start as early as March 30, and will start automatically on April 29. So we do not have to panic, there is still some time left; but there are also things to discuss, as you brought up! I was not aware that these were points you had in mind to add, but they are definitely good points that require some thought. Andreas
