I, at least partially, solved the figuring out what work already exists
part by fetching all pull requests locally and then consult a neatly
formatted git log. My .git/config in my guix checkout has an additional
remote configured:
[remote "codeberg.org"]
url = [email protected]:guix/guix.git
fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/*
skipFetchAll = true
prune = true
[alias]
pr = log --no-decorate --source --remotes=codeberg.org* --oneline
and the =git pr= alias gives me an output that looks like this:
269cf4e4961 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/9232 gnu: Add guile-osc.
0bc588afafa codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/10397 gnu: Add nanoemoji.
c292aa8d93f codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/10397 gnu: Add python-ninja.

ede5806ac90 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/9232 gnu: hoogle: Restore
compatibility with our crypton-connection.
21013c5afea codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/8797 home: xdg: Export projects
field of user-directories service config.
ee249b00f8c codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/10397 gnu: Add python-picosvg.
28f8a821bcc codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: dnscrypt-proxy: Update
to 2.1.16.
e54478f54f1 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: Add
go-github-com-jedisct1-xsecretbox.
b9e14344a15 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: Add
go-github-com-powerman-check.
de2593c5e87 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: Add
go-github-com-powerman-deepequal.
ee45837c5b0 codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: Add
go-github-com-lifenjoiner-dhcpdns.
6cfe844d5bb codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/7744 gnu: Add
go-github-com-jedisct1-go-sieve-cache.
it's awfully hacky but it allows me to quickly search for PRs containing
a specific package (the naming of the remote and refspec is intentional,
as it doubles as URL to the corresponding PR) and also works offline.
Hope that helps!
