� The government has reconstituted the executive committee of NRI-Goa Facilitation Centre and has appointed monitoring committee as well as advisory committee of NRIs residing in various foreign countries. The monitoring committee is headed by Chief Secretary D S Negi. 
The members of the committee are Gen Sunith Rodrigues, Prof M S Kamat, Mario Miranda, Fr Romualdo D�Souza while R B Bhatkar is the chief coordinator. Similarly, the executive committee will be headed by Chandrakant Keni with following members: Brig Ian D�Costa, Mohandas Surlkar, Tomazinho Cardozo, Yatin Kakodkar, Herculano Dourado, Pandurang Phaldessai, R B Bhatkar is the chief co-ordinator and Promod Shety the managing director of GTDC member secretary.
The chairman of executive committee as the member secretary will attend the meeting of monitoring committee. 
The advisory committee will consist of:
