Re: [Gulf Goans] Why passports are photocopied at Goa
Airport ?
A small observation here Almeida.
Due to the increasing number of cases of forged
passports and travel to Kuwait and other countries by
passenger without a valid ECNR, the Chief of Goa
Police has directed the staff to keep a record of all
passengers moving out of Dabolim airport.
A couple of police officers here at the Dabolim
airport made business allowing passengers to travel to
other countries without a vaild ECNR.
This had been exposed by the Herald time and again and
I am happy that the police have inorder to curb this
menace are now keeping a track of passengers moving
out of Goa.
