Herald Tsunami Relief Fund
As a voice of Goa, Herald Publications is concerned about the plight and welfare of thousands of people who have been affected by the tsunami which hit coastal India. As in the past, Herald Publications, is setting up a fund "The Herald Publications Pvt Ltd A/c Tsunami Relief Fund, with HDFC Bank, A/c No 0590330000771". We appeal to readers to donate generously to this cause.
Herald Publications, in collaboration with Caritas Goa will disburse the funds to the victims of the tsunami tragedy. Readers wishing to donate should send their cheques to the Editor, Herald Publications, St. Tome Road, Behind GPO, Panjim-Goa.
All donations above Rs 200 will be mentioned in the paper and donations will be exempt from tax under Section 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act.
