| Exclusive TV channel launched for Coastal Karnataka |

| Katalysts Productions Pvt Ltd launch their flagship project Namma TV, Coastal Karnataka�s largest TV channel on Thursday. The channel will cover the entire Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts. |
| It also inaugurated its state-of-the-art studio and production facilities on the occasion. |
| The channel will produce and telecast exclusive programmes reflecting the aspirations of the local people in Tulu, Kannada, Konkani, English and other languages, giving due importance to all communities in the region. |
| The company has established a full-fledged studio and production house. |
| Namma TV will be available on prime band and transmitted via optic fibre cable, which guarantees high audio and visual clarity on a par with satellite channels. |
| The company has also recruited over 75 qualified personnel for programming, production, marketing and administration. |
| The company will initially provide 18-hour service which will include entertainment programmes, live coverage of events and programmes, phone-in /interactive programmes, movies among others. |
| The channel also plans to gradually introduce other programmes like news, skill based contests, events among others. |
| At present the company has the largest interlinking of cable TV operators in the region. |
